  Who: 2 adults
  Ordered: Hot tea, Cold Sesame noodles, Thai spring rolls, Cumin Lamb w/ scallions, Crispy Chicken w/ Ginger and Peanuts
  
  Atmosphere: clean and polished. Decorations & design were appropriate for the cuisine and nothing too kitschy or flamboyant.
  
  Food: The noodles came out quickly and were thin and light, but with a nice sesame flavor. Even split btwn 2, there was plenty for each and it worked very nicely as a start to the meal.
  
  Spring rolls (2 rolls) came fried, Crispy, and with a nice meaty flavor, alongside (I believe) a plum dipping sauce. Again, a great appetizer: not too rich or abundant.
  
  Lamb was requested "not spicy" by my friend and it was honored well. Still quite flavorful, the dish was easily managed by my weak-palatted compatriot, and was exactly what one would expect. It was hot and tasty and a healthy portion.
  
  Chicken was spicier than lamb and worked as a complement to the flavor, not as a distraction. My favorite by flavor, it was served with fried chicken, chile peppers, scallions, and Peanuts. As a calorie-conscious individual, I would have enjoyed larger pieces of chicken and there was a lot of extra fried breading and other "crispy bits", but the combo flavor and spice was great. Crispy and couch you are definitely the predominate textures here.
  
  Service: prompt, patient, provided a solid alternate dish recommendation, regularly refilled water, and did not rush us even though I believe we stayed past close (10:30).
  
  Summary: All told, a very nice experience. I cannot speak to their Sichuan authenticity both from lack of experience and the fact that we really didn't order true Sichuan dishes (why did a spice-ophobe choose a Sichuan restaurant? It remains a mystery). I would like to return and correct my faux-pas!

  The food is beyond amazing, but the wait staff was simply negligent. Perhaps it was because of the massive size of our group, but it took well over 15 minutes to get their attention to reorder drinks. Our group was almost 20 people, though, so I'm impressed that we got seated together at all and taking off just one star.
  
  Really, though, the food is great. You must eat here. Just bring a smaller party.

  Over all I will give it a 3.5. It's pretty clean and the flavor is good but I think it didn't exceed my expectation. Still recommend people to check this place out.
