  Tourists beware, try some place else Horrible customer service!!!!!!!! Understandably I'm not a local so this restaurant is not relying on me for income. Prior to last night's experience this was a go to place when I brought friends and relatives in for something different. I won't be ever going again. First it was pouring rain and cold. Let me mention I have Multiple Sclerosis and have difficulty in standing. After the 30 minutes of standing in the rain, it was announced the kitchen was overwhelmed and our waits have been extended. We could see plenty of empty tables. We had already asked if we could be seated to at least have some wine and beer. At this point I begged for a seat, instead of letting us go into the warmth and sit, I was given a chair to continue sitting in the rain. An hour later when we were seated, upstairs which was almost an impossibility for me, at least 10 tables were available. We could have been sitting there drinking and adding to our bill. The server was minimally attentive. The food came quickly from the food runner. All the food was phenomenal except for the corn bread and coconut cake. We were never offered refills on our drinks. We had to request the dessert which tasted like it was stale. The corn bread had an aftertaste as if the shortening they used was rancid. If taking the food to go was an option we might have taken it, but they closed the to go ordering. Basically I want my $200 back!!!!

  There was a good selections of options and though the line was long it pretty much kept moving. The cost is somewhat high but the portion sizes match or exceed the cost that is for sure. The service is immaculate, with getting your food to the wait staff checking on you to see if anything is needed to helping you carry your food to your table or car! There is not a lot of seasoning in the food but it's still good and edible. Just add some salt and pepper to taste!
