  One only been here once, but it was wonderful. We had the friendliest waiter. I only wish I could remember his name. Several of us got appetizers, and everyone enjoyed theirs. The sides are meant to be shared and are a great addition since the entrees fine with none. Everyone got some sort of steak and all of them were great. The waiter convinced me to get the cheesecake for dessert by telling me that it is better than Junior's. He was right.

  The dogs were good, but the fries were fab.
  
  Offering both fries and tots, they come in different versions like garlic fries and sauce-covered Fab fries. Regardless of topping, the most important aspect of fries are the fries. These thin-cut potatoes were crunchy on the outside with still enough soft potato on the inside. I wouldn't return for the dogs, but I might return for the fries.
  
  The hot dogs used narrow fingerling wieners (stop laughing - I'm not being dirty). Because they we so slender and the sandwiches had lots of other ingredients, each bite lacked meat. The hot dogs were not about the meat, but the toppings. Thankfully, the LA Street Dog had nicely cooked toppings like the lightly grilled green bell peppers and sliced onions plus fresh diced tomatoes that created good vegetable-forward flavors. The grated (but not melted) cheddar cheese and diced onion toppings on the Cheese Coney were ordinary and the meat chili was grainy with pasty appearance. Both dogs used the most basic bun.
