- 3 / 5By Nutella MeatballClean and good sized room for NYC, biggest let down was the service received at the front desk, rude and lacked any manners, I wouldn't expect that from a 3 star hotel, let alone it being a Hilton branded one. Don't expect good views as well, you'll either see high rise flats on one side, or high rise flats on the opposite side. Location however was very good and literally a 5 minute walk to Times Square and the theaters in Broadway.March 24, 2017
