  This is another midtown spot that I've walked past for eight years, assuming that it's a tourist / commuter trap and can't be any good. Once again, I was wrong. The service from the hostess to the wait staff to the bus staff was friendly and fast. A man who I assume was the manager asked us twice how the meal was, but he wasn't overbearing. The food was incredible and fresh. They were good about making little changes like leaving off cheese and dressing, meaning everything isn't sitting in some vat. The portions were really good, especially the seafood salad, which is piled with shrimp, scallops and calamari. The outside was glorious, and elevated so you're not in the hustle of right out side of Penn Station. The inside was also gorgeous, but we didn't sit in there. I truly couldn't have been happier with this place, and I'll definitely go back. Prices are typical of this area - it's not a cheap place but it's no more expensive than most midtown spots. Wine was also quality.
