  The hotel staff were very helpful, parking was decently priced and conveniently located. The hotel was in a fantastic location and hotel had an interesting decorating style. The rooms and elevator were pretty small though.

  The location was great! Close to shops, bars, shopping. We stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms. The first one, room 915 was tiny and clean. Just cozy. Room 1006 was much bigger but seemed they just threw in a bed, and desk to make it a room. Bathroom was big but seemed the floor wasn't even finished. Hot water in shower took forever. Window lead to a brick wall. We booked online and it said it came with a bottle of wine, which was not true. We did get a free drink at the bar after a small survey. Overall it was a good place.

  Good location but very small rooms and staff not as helpful as other places I have stopped in in New York. When the storm hit they took full advantage and pushed there prices up by £200 per night. Forcing people to pay ridiculous amounts. Luckily we found a higher rated hotel for less than half what this place was charging. Rooms are not decorated to a good standard, carpets did not fit, pictures not hung properly, marks on paint work. Heating was noisy and of your neighbours had it on in night it woke you up.
