  Stayed here for a girls weekend and to celebrate my recent engagement and it was wonderful. The rooms were clean and modern. Location fantastic. Great in room espresso. And customer service was amazing. Couldn't ask for anything more. Would highly recommend!

  The lobby was beautiful. The staff were very helpful in directing me to the suite where my event was taking place. The room was adequate for the event, however, it needed to be cleaned. The air vents had visible dust bunnies and at times they broke free and fell onto people. There was also a scene for a tv or movie being shot in front of the elevators. This was inconvenient because they were holding an elevator door open which makes it tough to call for another elevator. Doesn't matter how many times you press the call button, if there is an elevator on the lobby with the door open that button does nothing. I might also mention there were no signs warning about the scene being shot there that day. They had just begun to set up when we broke for lunch. I was surprised to see 5 cops when I exited the elevator. A little warning in the morning would have been nice.

  We stayed in Roosevelt hotel for 4 nights and we loved it.
  The doorman were very pleasant and welcoming.
  The front desk associate specialy MARCIA. F was very friendly, kind and professional.
  The location is perfect, We were within walking distance of everything.
  The bar has great selection of beverage and food.
  Everything about this hotel was exceptional.
  Thank you for making our 10 year anniversary a special one and we look forward to staying here in the near future.
