  You have to have lots of patients when coming here.... Be prepared to wait an extended time for everything, drinks, plates, silverware, and even the check..... And check your food carefully.... Guaranteed to be missing something... Ordered BBQ Chicken flat bread, came to the table with absolutely no chicken.... WTF !!!

  We walked in and the host stand was empty, which is usually fine as long as I get an acknowledgement from an employee that they see us.
  Well. Three employees stared at us from their registers but none came over to seat us. We decide to go to the bar, thinking we'll get faster service. NOPE.
  I went to use the ladies room (which smelled like piss and had toilet paper everywhere in the stalls) and returned to find that nobody had brought menus to me and my friend.
  I get annoyed and set a 5 minute timer (typical restaurant customer service is that you are given menus upon arrival to the table, and asked for your drink order within ONE minute). I set a timer and the bartender finally brought menus over after two minutes, and began to turn away when I said loudly "can you bring us two waters?!
  He said sure, my friend and I chatted for a bit and I realized it was taking a long time for him to even bring us water so I set ANOTHER timer. This is when we saw it: YUP. A roach was crawling across the bar. Absolutely disgusting! We dropped our menus and let the people sitting around us know and we ran out of there.
  
  Awful customer service, awful conditions. Would not recommend.

  As a native New Yorker, this was my first time eating at TGIF. I must comment that the service was not bad. But after waiting about 20 minutes for the food, the burger and toppings were kind of cold, and the french fries had a funny taste to them. So, I told the waitress that the food was not satisfactory. So she took my plate and then brought me another hot plate of food. Overall, it was Ok, but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant to my friends or family. SORRY!!!
