I've had a couple of bad dim sum experiences at my former favorite dim sum place in Chinatown so my expectations of Ocean Seafood were not very high. But their delicious, fresh and hot, beautifully presented plates of dim sum quickly changed my mind. And for a bonus, the staff (everyone from the hostess to the cart ladies to the waitresses) were very friendly and polite. What a nice change for a Carmine's restaurant!!!November 09, 2016
