  Interesting concept. The room rotates 360 as you dine in. Menu is prix fixe during out visit. Unfortunately, it was cloudy and rainy during our visit. What luck. Food was good, but did not live up to the price tag. Service was definitely top notch. My family had a great time. Fortunately, the sky cleared up on the way home, and we caught the sunset. Will revisit again, but next time, probably just the buffet.

  Bring guests up here for drinks every time I have visitors from outside of NYC. It's a great view of the city and not too overpriced for a hotel... Only had drinks though.
  Tip - off season has no wait! Next week or so is probably great... come Spring Break - who knows. Definitely trying to get up to the top over the holidays (Xmas/New Years) is going to require a wait of an hour... February and Summer time are your best bets.

  Food is garbage and services is even worse. We were treated very poorly. Waiters barely speaks English and have very poor knowledge of what they offer. I called write next day to speak with someone about my issues I had they said manager was not on duty. Called them 3 more times later that week manager was still not reachable. I wonder who is running this place. Only good part was View but food was disgusting.

  We sat on a rotating floor inside a square atrium, so the view is okay, and partially obscured by concrete beams. Free to enter but one drink min. Non alcoholic drinks are $6 (tea, coffee, soft drinks) or $13 (mixed drinks). The food and drinks are very expensive but I only had a Blueberry Lemonade which looked pretty. Nice for what it is and feels open. But I'd only go again to hang out indoors somewhere calm for an hour or two if the weather isn't too good. Or to feel fancy. Service is great though.
